
An English writer currently living in Dallas, Texas, Paull Blakeman’s love of Greek and Roman mythology, nature, and folklore has coalesced into a career writing about the esoteric and mystical aspects of our culture and history.
His first book on the Tarot – ‘The Moon and the Priestess – Accessing the Creative Unconscious with Tarot’s Archetypes’ – was published in 2023 by the UK publisher, Troy Books. Applying Jungian psychology to the Tarot deck, the book is written as a tool for creative and personal development.
His debut poetry pamphlet, Blue Nimbus, appeared in 2023 published by Bosporus Press, while his first full collection of poetry, Poltergeists & Other Traumas, was published in 2024 by Pan Piper Press. He is currently working on his debut novel which he hopes to publish in 2025.
He has also been published in many journals; Aesthetica, Agenda, Attire Club, Awen, BBC Get Writing, Ganymede, PoetsArtists, and Stride. His poems have more recently appeared in Littoral Magazine, The Dawntreader, and Powders Press.
